The questions
everyone asks first.

Straight answers, so you know what you are getting into before you get in touch.

Ask us something else

What does a website cost?

Projects start at $500. Where a project lands above that depends on how many pages it needs, whether the copy and photography already exist, and whether anything has to connect to it — booking, payments, a product catalogue. You get a fixed number before we start, not an hourly meter, and it does not move unless you ask for something new.

How long does it take?

Most projects take one to four weeks from first conversation to launch. The parts that slow a project down are usually on your side rather than ours — waiting on copy, photos, or a decision about what the site is for. We will tell you at the start exactly what we need from you.

What is included?

Strategy, design, development, and launch, plus domain registration, hosting setup, business email, and on-page SEO. These are part of the project rather than add-ons quoted later. You finish with a site that works and the logins to everything behind it.

Do I own my domain and hosting?

Yes, entirely. Everything is registered in your name and handed over with the logins. You are not renting your own website from us, and you can take it elsewhere at any point without asking our permission or paying an exit fee.

Do you only work with businesses in Charlotte?

No. We are based in Charlotte and work with businesses across the area — Matthews, Huntersville, Concord, Mint Hill and the surrounding towns — but a good half of our work is remote, for clients anywhere in the country. The process is the same either way.

I already have a website. Can you redesign it rather than start over?

Usually we rebuild rather than patch, and it is normally cheaper that way. Most sites that feel dated are built on something that makes every small change awkward, so the effort of working around it exceeds the effort of doing it properly. We will tell you honestly which your site is.

What do you need from me to start?

A conversation about what the business does and what you want the site to achieve. No brief, no sitemap, no finished copy. If you have photos, branding, or text you like, bring them. If you do not, that is a normal starting point and we will work it out together.

What happens after launch?

We stay on for updates and support. Sites that nobody maintains quietly rot — plugins age, content goes stale, contact forms silently stop delivering. When you need something changed, you email us and we change it.

This could be the start of something great.

Tell us a little about your business and where you want to go. We'll help you figure out the next step, and you'll hear back within one business day.

A little about your project.

No perfect brief needed. Just a starting point.
